hihihi :)

i have a confession to make-
two days ago, i bought a ______ bag.
it still makes me feel sheepish thinking about it, heh.

sometimes i think i <3 branded bags so much it's a mental illness.

anywayyyyy omfg i must tell you all about this stupid contraption that's masquerading as a piece of furniture in my dining room and it's the ugliest thing on earth because:-
(i) it's blue
(ii) it's bigger than africa
(iii) it's a cabinet attached to a pole with a plate on top, attached to a table that's shaped like a block of cheese
(vi) it's all bloody blue !@#$%^&*

ugh, just thinking of it hurts my feelings.

i would take a photo of it except i don't actually have my camera and my housemates dismantled half of the thing (the pole and cheese bit) and stuffed what they could in the storeroom (which is full of similarly pulled apart furniture because this house was hideously full of them)

i've also in recent weeks come to think of xunming and j as the father and mother superiors of household expenditure, with jos and i their errant nuns.

within the first two weeks, jos and i discovered that our grocery shopping habits are/were too impulsive/unnecessary/expensive and after being taken to the carpet, our mantra is now "practise restraint!"
which is not something i take to naturally because i have never believed in denying myself for the sake of other people... but nevermind, life is about compromise (which did i mention is a word i hate because the principle of it is much too subjective and highly contentious)

but anyway no matter because i've decided to buy my own goddamn groceries as and when i damned pleased with my own bloody money.

ooh what else.

my trusts law teacher has for the past two weeks called me 'Rachel'.
it's very puzzling.

and the order of this academic year lies very much slanted towards pale vampire slayers (harlow hot thai guy!) and blue-eyed golden boys (i know, strange innit; i hope this passes)

Wow man, I saw this totally hot Thai guy last night.
(Okay, not so sure about the Thai bit- but we were at a Thai restaurant and the people inside were all Thai. So, you know... Ha ha ha)

Anyway, he was slumped against the wall outside the restaurant, dressed all in black, engulfed in a cloud of smoke (which isn't actually a good thing, but it adds to the effect) and ooh! He had this chunky gothic silver earring dangling from his ear. It's the sort of earring I've never actually seen before on... Well, actually, any living person. But it was pretty cool.

Truth be told, I can't quite understand my fixation.
He's really not, in the ordinary way of things, the type I'd find too attractive- Pale and kinda drugged up. But this one.
I don't know.

I would totally do him.

Yeah.
